Her lack of energy, knowledge and network of people to assist her caused a complete breakdown of hope for her healing.
A friend came to her rescue and saved her life by providing financial and resource assistance. This freed her from the fear for her survival and she was able to focus on healing. Because of his generosity, she was able to heal without worry and she made an oath to help sustain this same man who saved her life and is now in need and others whom fall between the cracks.
When she found out this same man, who sustained her life, fell through the cracks for his own healing she wanted to help him and she created PICI - a foundation which would be a vehicle to help his situation and others nationwide whom fall between the cracks.
Because of her efforts and the generosity of individuals and organizations, this goal was realized. PICI needs financial assistance for numerous people nationwide needing immediate assistance for their survival. Here are some examples:
1. A gentleman authorized for a kidney transplant needed transportation secured for prior and post transplant follow-up, including the day of the transplantation at a well known hospital in Camden, NJ. PICI went to his aid by securing a resource that funded ASAP transportation for all his rides to and from the medical center or his kidney transplant would have been cancelled. With PICI's help, he was also able to acquire medical insurance that helped grant him the medical treatment that he needed for his medical needs.

She did relocate to a new apartment with her mother and PICI assisted both her and her mother with resources. Unfortunately the woman recently passed away. PICI are still trying to assist her mother who has severe medical needs. He is in need of urgent dental care, and other medical needs for his survival therefore he is in need of urgent financial assistance for his survival.
